Philosophies of Existence. Ancient and Medieval - Parviz Morewedge

These Thirteen studies, on various dimensions of ancient and medieval ontology, with some excursions into the Reneissance, extend to Greek, Islamic, Christian, Indie and Manichaean systems of ontology. The three alient problems which emerge are the modality of existence, the categorial or the eschatological depiction of existence, and the problem of essence - existence / universal - particular dimensions of existence.
