Loving Che - Ana Menêndez

A woman, who as an infant fled Cuba with her grandfather and was later raised by him in Miami, tries to discover her identity and her past. Before his death her grandfather did not reveal much about her past. When there seems to be hope for rediscovering her past, one day she receives mysterious package with letters and photos which seem to be sent to her by her mother. The woman learns that her mother had an affair with "Che" und that he possibly could be her father. First novel by storywriter Menéndez (In Cuba I Was a German Shepherd, 2001).
